At Kids Jungle, we care about your satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason our product does not meet your expectations or you have any concerns, we offer the possibility of a return or complaint. Below you will find details of the applicable rules.
Returns
Right to return
You have the right to return a purchased product within one month from the date of receipt of the shipment, without giving a reason. To exercise the right of return, the product must be in an undamaged condition, in its original packaging, and with all accessories.
Return procedure
Notification
Contact us via email at hello@kidsjungle.com to inform us about your return request.
Complete the form
Fill in the return form and include it in the package.
Send it back
Send the product to our address: ul. Osiedlowa 2A,
33-300 Nowy Sącz.
You bear the return shipping cost.
Refund process
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund the full purchase amount to the account from which the payment was made within 14 business days. The shipping cost is not refundable.
Complaints
Right to complaint
If the product is defective or does not match the description, you have the right to file a complaint within one month from the date of purchase.
Complaint procedure
Report the issue
Send an email to kontakt@kidsjungle.com to submit a complaint. Describe the issue in detail and attach photos of the defect if possible.
Fill in the complaint form and include it in the package.

Kids Jungle covers the cost of the complaint shipment.
Complaint resolution
After receiving the complained product, we will assess the defect. If the complaint is accepted, we will repair or replace the product with a new one, or refund the full purchase amount, depending on your preference.
