Online transfer

We offer the option to make payments via online transfers and credit or debit card payments. You can choose any available payment provider. After making your selection, you will be redirected to a secure and convenient payment system. We offer online transfers and BLIK.

Traditional bank transfer

For the convenience of customers who prefer traditional payment methods, we also offer the option of making a bank transfer. After placing your order, you will receive payment details via email. Please complete the payment to the provided account number within 3 business days. If the payment is not received within the specified time, the order may be canceled.

Cash on delivery

For those who prefer cash payments, we offer the cash-on-delivery option. In this case, the order payment is made at the time of delivery.

Returns and Complaints

At Kids Jungle, we care about your satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason our product does not meet your expectations or you have any concerns, we offer the possibility of a return or complaint. Below you will find details of the applicable rules.

Right to return

You have the right to return a purchased product within one month from the date of receipt of the shipment, without giving a reason. To exercise the right of return, the product must be in an undamaged condition, in its original packaging, and with all accessories.

Complete the form

Fill in the return form and include it in the package.

Send it back

You bear the return shipping cost.

Refund process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund the full purchase amount to the account from which the payment was made within 14 business days. The shipping cost is not refundable.

Complaints

Right to complaint

If the product is defective or does not match the description, you have the right to file a complaint within one month from the date of purchase.

Report the issue

Send an email to kontakt@kidsjungle.com to submit a complaint. Describe the issue in detail and attach photos of the defect if possible.

Kids Jungle covers the cost of the complaint shipment.

Complaint resolution

After receiving the complained product, we will assess the defect. If the complaint is accepted, we will repair or replace the product with a new one, or refund the full purchase amount, depending on your preference.

Just as our Montessori indoor playgrounds provide a safe space for children, we make sure your data is safe too.
